Best ATI card without a fan?

I've currently got a 9600 pro which I'm satisfied with and need to get
another card. I don't want a card with a fan so I'm considering another
9600 pro unless there is a better one that won't overheat without a fan? I
don't want to modify a card, I'm just looking for a stock card. I'll need
it with both an SVGA and a DVI out.

Thanks

9200se! anything better NEED active cooling. It has both svga and dvi.
PS: if you play games, you can live with the noise of fan as well.

I asked this question awhile back and the answer I got was a Sapphire Radeon
9800 Pro Atlantis Ultimate Edition AGP card. It uses a passive heat-pipe
cooler that can be seen here...

Take a look at the Sapphire "Ultimate" boards--they have a 9600 and a 9800,
both with passive cooling.

If you're satisfied with your 9600 pro, why do you "need" another card?
That's the main reason I got my card - no fan. Works great with my MS
Flight Simulator 2004, which is a very demanding application.
You can also overclock it.
