Windows Vista Home Premium 32bits?

Right now, IE 7 is best for Windows Vista. IE8 is still a "beta"
product and should not be installed on your PC until the final
version is officially released.

7, because 8 is currently only a BETA version.

You Are Rolling The Dice With IE 8 Beta 2, Just FYI. 4 Example: McAfee
Security Center Does Not Function At All With It, Also Just FYI.

Do not use Internet Explorer. But regarding your question internet
explorer 7 is the most compatible.
