beping sounds

whenever i turn on my dell computer i get beepings that
last about 2 sec. and then it stops and it works fine
after that. i would like to know if it might be somewhat
be a problem and if there any way i can stop the beeping.
i have had the dell for 1 year. thank you

This is a BIOS post code. If you look in your PC manual or contact Dell
they can tell you want it means. It's different for all BIOS's

It's proabably still under warranty. Call Dell tech support and be
prepared to talk with someone who can *almost* speak English.
