Being suppressed little clerk need help~~

Now I have a large amount of data (date , company name, card no. , plac
,officier name), and I need to classify according to company name int
different new page and then in each page the data also need to b
sorted according to official name and place into tables.

How can I do with formula?
Please help me ~~~~~

Hi
why not use Excel's sort functionality. Though it can be done with
formulas they're getting quite slow if you have more than 100 records

Is everything in a list right now?

If so, you can use the autofilter feature to do this

Select the heading row, (date, companyname, cardno, place)
Select Data, Filter, Autofilter from the menu bar

drop down arrows will appear

Select a Company name from the company name drop down, then sort accordingly.
