Behind a firewall

Having difficulty with web cam view and chat sessions.
Message comes up that I am behind a firewall. I have
disabled all firewalls that I know of. Am I missing
something? Please advise?

Do not disable your firewall, even for a second. Check with the chat/webcam
software/service support folks for how to enable usage while behind a
firewall. If you can't, find some other software/service - you should never
connect to the internet without a firewall in place.
 
If you are using Paltalk as your chat client, they have help pages re
certain firewall configurations.. Yahoo more or less lets anything through..
I gave up with MSN/Windows Messenger..
