Is there a good resource for learning how to create outlook forms?

Also, does anyone know how to "cross post" so as not to have to post
same question in multiple boards? Not sure what this is but am trying
to avoid getting yelled at

materials are www.slipstick.com and www.outlookcode.com.

You should not cross post. Ask first what newsgroup is most appropriate
in the newsgroup that you think is most appropriate. If you have
guessed wrong, then someone will tell you.

You will get yelled at if you cross post because it takes time to open a
message and compose a response, which may have been done in another
newsgroup.

Outlookcode.com With any luck I will learn how to do this. I had
a cool form from a previous job but it is somehow password protected
so I can't alter it.

The Outlook passcode is not particularly secure. There should be
something on slipstick that tells you how to get back in. And there
certainly are third party utilities that will extract it.
