Beginner Report Format ?

Norm

This is a beginner Access question.

I didn't know which group to post in so I've posted a similar question
in "access.forms"

I'm not familiar with Access but I'm trying to help with a project where
the data is maintained in Access and we are trying to publish a
directory. I hope I'm using the proper terms in my question.

The question/problem is how to fill in the space between two fields in a
report, the directory, with dots when we don't know the length of the
data in the fields.

Specifically we are doing a directory with a desired format such as this:

123 Main Street............................. 203-123-1234

We'd like all the "1s" of 123 to line up (left justified)
then have all the "4s" (the last digit of the phone number) line up
(right justified), and
then fill in the space between with dots/periods depending on the space
available.

Field (left justified to a stop)
then dots to fill space until
second field (right justified to a stop)

The number/length of dots will vary for each record based on the length
of the address and phone number for each person.

Is this possible in Access?

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
