How do I get rid of this adware? I have used Ad-aware 6.0 and Spybot S & D
and neither one of them are catching it. Is there a way to remove it manually?

4. To delete the values from the registry

Important: Symantec strongly recommends that you back up the registry before
making any changes to it. Incorrect changes to the registry can result in
permanent data loss or corrupted files. Modify the specified keys only. Read
the document, "How to make a backup of the Windows registry," for
instructions.

1.. Click Start > Run.
2.. Type regedit

Then click OK.


3.. Navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run


4.. In the right pane, delete the values:

"BTV"="%ProgramFiles%\BTV\btv.exe"
"Breg"="%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Java\breg.exe"


5.. Navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce


6.. In the right pane, delete the value (if it exists):

"Btvc"="%ProgramFiles%\BTV\btvclean.exe"


7.. Navigate to and delete the following keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BTV
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\BTV
