BCM Not There

I have installed BCM and it even shows up in the Add/Remove programs (without
remove option) but yet I have no button in Outlook to turn on the function.
I also don't have the option under the disabled items to turn it on.

HELP!!!

Jeff:

Close Outlook first (using File, Exit). Go into the Mail settings in
Control Panel, open the Profile you use, and add BCM there. It will prompt
you through setting up a database. That should activate BCM for you.
