BCM Not Ready

Is anybody using BCM to replace ACT. Based on what they
have delivered it does not seem ready to go. It was not
in all the releases of office.

I started using it and all my business accounts and
contacts just disappeared. I am going back to ACT. No
one to go to for answers.

When did the accounts and contacts disappear? We can try to help if you need

They disappered after i restarted computer. I have a
sense that they are still there but not showing up.

Your help is much appreciated.
