BCM + Franklin Covey = is not working

I tried to install the BCM on my system already running the Franklin Covey
tool: PlanPlus for Outlook. There was no error message shown while installing
- but even after a restart the software does not show up. There are no
toolbars available linking to BCM. PlanPlus is still there and all other
things are working fine.
Do you have an idea how to make both tools running simultaneously?

Your assumption that the Plan Plus tool is preventing BCM from working may
not be a correct starting point. Your BCM installation dilemma is likely a
separate and unrelated matter. I have installed BCM after and use it
alongside of Plan Plus with no issues at all. I would review and try to
reinstall BCM. Your issue is likely with BCM by itself.

I agree I use both and have no problems.
