BCM failed to initialize the common language runtime

"Business contact manager failed to initialize the common language runtime.
the system cannot find the file specified."

I keep receiving this error message and do not know how to get rid of it. Or
how to fix it.
Suggestions please???

Try uninstalling .NET and then running BCM Setup again to put it back.
 
THis does NOT , repeat DOES NOT solve the problem.
After 10 hours trying to clean up this crap I am beyaond frustrated.
Doea naybody at Microsoft know how to solve this problem!!!!!!

What did Microsoft say when you explained the problem to them?
 
Remove the BCM PST file
- Start
- Control Panel
- Mail
- Data Files
- Remove -> BCM related *.pst

- Open OL2007 to test

This error is .NET related .if you have already tried repair and it didn???t
fix the issue download and install the .NET frame work utility

Run the utility to clean all version of .Net , then re-install all version
remove
