BCM error msg. when creating a "business contact"

"working on my personal computer with BCM,
I can create an "Account" but when I tried to create a "business contact",
I have received the following pop-up error msg.

The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator

any thoughts?

Who is your administrator? :-)

Sorry Shaip, I just couldn't resist taking a shot at one of these insane MS
error messages. Which version of BCM are you using? This sounds like the
old BCM forms cache corruption symptom from v. 1 & 2.
