BCM database location

I moved the Outlook .pst file to a new location. Now when I open the BCM
properties, it tells me it cannot find the database, and it is looking for
the .pst file in the old location. How do I tell BCM where the new location
of the .pst file is?

Thanks

I'm not in front of that computer now, so the best I can say is that it came
with Outlook 2003, in the Office 2003 package.

Thanks

It looks like heydude is not coming back. Can anyone else tell me how to let
BCM know the new location of the database file?

Thanks

The location of the PST file should be governed by your Mail Profile.
Otherwise, BCM should simply communicate with the PST's data via
Outlook, and BCM itself shouldn't know about the PST file.

Although its unclear what you mean by BCM properties, I suspect from
the error that BCM cannot find its own database, whose location is
also stored in the Mail Profile.

Check the BCM database location in the Mail Profile (Control Panel,
Mail, select profile, Properties, Data Files) and make sure it exists.
If it doesn't, BCM won't find it.

OK thanks. I should be back at that computer tomorrow, and I'll take a look
there.
Thanks
