BCM Converting Contacts to BCM Contacts

I cannot seem to find an easy way to convert my old contact records into the Business Contacts File. Any Ideas? I cannot even find any reference to it in the help sections.
 
I'm sure this discussed in "Help" somewhere, but I'll cut to the chase.
The easiest way is to select (individually or in groups) contacts from
Contacts list and drag them into the Business Contact Manager folder.
