BCM and Outlook flags do not sync



I put followup flags on outbound emails which are not carrying over to my
business contacts in BCM? I luse BCM business contact file to make my
follow-up calls because all contact information resides there but followup
flags are not showing up. I would appreciate any help in this regard.

Based on a very similiar question and response just a few posts away, flags
do not operate in BCM. I link dated tasks to my BCM contacts to make follow
up calls. You can set the reminder alarms to alert on each of these task
items if you wish.
