BCG*.TMP what file is using this

Has anyone this named file in temporary folder.
This file is not possibe to delete because it is in use.
What is this file for.

I'm using kaspersky antivirus => PC clean
Spybot Search & Destroy => PC clean
Ad-Aware SE Professional => PC clean
(and for sure the latest updates)

So has anyone more information of this

BCG*.tmp is created by any program that is using the Business Components
Gallery library (www.bcgsoft.com) to add functionality to their programs.
If you don't have any apps running, and it won't delete, try booting into
Safe Mode, then deleting it.

It's probably nothing to worry about, if it's not directly causing a
problem.
