when I send an email to a DL I use the bcc feature to hide all the other
members of the DL. the problem is that my email address shows in the To:
line. Is there a way to have something like "Fishing Club Members" show in
the To: line rather than my email address? I am using outlook 2000 and XP
Pro.

Do you put anything on the To line?

Create a Contact named "Fishing Club Members", give it your E-mail address,
set the DIsplay As firled to show the name only and your recipients should
see what you want.

The word "field" should follow "Display As".

Interesting! I have been trying to do exactly the same thing. However,
Outlook sees my own e-mail address and substitutes my name in the message's
"To:" field instead of what's in the Display As field in my Address Book.
