Bcc automatically sends me a copy

When I forward an email using Bcc without any names in the To box, i am
automatically sent a copy. How do I discontinue this from occuring?

This is not something Outlook does on its own.
Some providers may add your address for anti-spam reasons but without any
additional information it could be something else as well.
