BCACHE22 and swap file

I've completed an upgrade on my laptop from Windows 2000 to Windows XP pro
and ran into something interesting.

This laptop is used exclusively for VPN (Cisco) and Terminal server
connections. Under Windows 2000, the hard drive used to go to sleep and I'd
get about 4 hours battery life happily.

Under Windows XP, the HDD is always humming. Using Filemon from
Sysinternals, I was able to track down the culprit: BCACHE22.BMC which
appears to have something to do with XP's terminal server.]

Are there any configuration tweaks I can use to quiet this puppy down??

Thanks
