Battle for Troy loading problems

Hi,

When my son attempts to load saved games with Battle for
Troy he has no luck and gets sent back to the desktop.
He has to start fresh every time which is very frstrating.

Has anyone seen this? He has a Toshiba Satellite Lap top.
Any advice?

Greetings,

Have you tried updating your drivers of your VGA card (graphics card). You
can update your drivers via two ways:
1) Through Windows Update
2) Through your graphic card's manufacturer website

Also try updating the game "Battle for Troy" with the lastest patches from
the game website.
