Battery Problem?

Hi

When I take out my charger for my laptop, the ac power icon on the tool bar
remains the same (indicating that the ac power is on) but it isn't. After
about 10 minutes the computer shuts down completely and I have to re-boot.

any advice?

I am unclear on what you mean - you mean when you disconnect the power
adapter from the laptop, so it is running on the battery?

That sounds to me like a hardware problem, so you should contact the laptop
manufacturer for advice.
