batch file

Hello there.
I'm using Windows Xp.
I have created a batch file. The purpose of batch file is
copying file from my Section office to My headquarters
office through broadband. U'm using copy command. My
problem is for transfering 34Mb size data, it take 90
minutes. I just wanna know if there any other command
which I can use in my batch file so it can copy a file
from my section office in less time (90 minute).

You can use programs like Iomega QuickSync or the one on
www.rosecitysoftware.com (Forgot name, changed 3 times). What it does is
sync the files. If the file is not changed, the file(s) is not copied.
