Batch file

I've made up a batch file that runs a routine that removes duplicates from
my HOSTS file. However, when I try to run it, I get the blue popup screen
asking to allow or deny. I put the check mark in the remember box and click
allow, but it just keeps popping up over and over and never does allow the
batch file to run. I have to kill MSAS altogether to run it.
I've already have a couple of batch files preapproved and they still work
OK.
What might be the cause of this?

I already have that installed. I totally uninstalled and reinstalled MSAS
and it is still doing it. A also have an MSDOS.pif file that it won't let
me run. So now in order to run DOS I have to shut MSAS down. This must
have *just* started happening becasue I use DOS almost daily and this is
the first time I couldn't.

OK, I uninstalled it again, but found out that it doesn't uninstall
properly. The Program folder remained and a LOT of files were still in
it, including logs. I deleted that folder and then reinstalled and now
all is well again.
