Batch File Run Minimized?

In WIN 98, batch files could be run minimized after clicking on the file,
properties, and choosing run minimized. XP batch files do not have this
option when one goes to the properties tab.

How do you run batch files minimized in an XP environment?

The only way I've found to do it is to run it from a shortcut. On the
shortcut's "Shortcut" tab you can choose minimized etc. There are also
"Layout" and "Colors" tabs which I've sometimes found useful.
