Batch change of ownership

I have a top directory MyFiles with a lot of files and subdirectories.
I have worked from both an Adm and a Lim account so the files and
directories can have either owner. Now I want all to have Lim as
owner but the only way to do this, as far as I know, is to use Explorer
on every file, one by one. First I must change the right to change
ownership which is a lot of steps for every file, then I must log in as
Lim and, for every file, go through a lot of steps to change the owner.

Is there some way, with a batchfile or a utility or something, to do
this to all files in a directory at the same time? The method must
not stop with some error message when it encounters a file that is not
owned by Adm as some files already have the right owner.

Thanks for any answer
Anders
