Basing one ComboBox on Another in a Bound Form

Help - I have followed the instructions in the instructions for basing one
ComboBox on another in a form in Access 2003 - The problem is that it works
just fine as long as I don't try to add the ComboBoxes to a bound form or add
any other fields to the Combo Form. I have a large database and need to have
the SchoolCode ComboBox automatically filled in when we pick a SchoolName
from the first ComboBox. Any suggestions? I have had our OIT people look at
it and they are stumped also.

sample called "CascadingComboBoxes.mdb" which illustrates how to do this.
Perhaps if you compared how my sample works to what you are doing, you'll
find what's wrong.
