Have set up a #10 envelope in a report -- user would like
to have the bar code appear at the bottom like you can do
in MSWord. Looked at page setup and didn't see the
option. Is it possible to do this within Access and not
have to dump the data into Word? I'm using Access 2002

Surely... you'll have to add a Control, and obtain a Font acceptable to the
Post Office, and some software to generate the Bar Code, if the bar code
isn't _just_ the ZIP+4.

I caution about the "Font acceptable to the Post Office" because a friend
did this, got a shareware font, and wasted some time and effort because the
printed bar code did not pass muster. He was able to purchase what he needed
for a reasonable amount and wished he had done so in the first place.

Thanks. Actually, it is _just_ the ZIP+4. I checked out
a few webpages that had barcoding software for sale, but
it all looked like product labeling and nothing like what
you see on envelopes (the specific USPS barcoding).

Since it is _just_ the ZIP+4, did you have another
idea/suggestion?
