banner rotator ads-one more thing please

i found a java script for our site and everything seems
to be working fine except one thing. On the page load the
banner waits to start about 5 seconds, can someone please
tell me how to change this in the code so it starts off
with the image loaded? It seems like it's not waiting on
the image to load..it's just waiting on the script to
start.

i'm not an expert with js but to start with take the spaces out of the urls, then play with the timer settings in the script.
