Banner automation not working

Hello. My banner in theme Zero works on my preview but when uploaded to my http website, that has front page server extentions, does not show the animation. Can you advise on how I can fix it?

Normally when you create a Banner FP uses the theme image and the text (saved as a .gif image in the _overlay folder) to generate a
new combined .gif image in the _derived folder
- the process normally eliminates all original gif animations

The Zero theme banner image is an exception in that the theme image is an animated gif and FP preserves the "background" animation
Try View Navigation - change anything
The in Page View Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks to see if FP restores the animation

In your local site when you File Preview in browser does the animation work
- in IE Tools Internet Options Advanced Multimedia do you have animation turned on?

Hello Stefan;
Thank you for your response. I went to Navigation and changes something. I recalculated hyperlinks and uploaded. No change. Banner is static. In browser preview the animation works, but not online: www.matrixdistributing.com.

Interestingly, if I select the zero background my banner animation works but the titles to each page do not show up, nor do the hyperlink titles

Do you have any other advise

Apply the theme using the Vivid colors option and the original unmodified theme

Thank you for your help. I applied the Vivid Colors using the original Zero theme and uploaded. This resulting in the background working without loosing the titles to the banner and hyperlinks; however, the banner automation still does not function properly.
Can you offer any more ideas?

Only to change something in nav view, open page view w/ all files closed and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

I have done all this and nothing seems to work. When you say change something in navigation view, can you be more specific?

Thanks for your help, but nothing we've tried seems to work. It seems I'm stuck with a static banner.
