Is anybody can help me to calculate the bandwidth per application basis on WAN link like netmeeting, VNC, PCanywhere and citrix etc.
or if there is any comparision available on these remote access applications..

ICA (56Kbps OK) <PC Anywhere<VNC (10Mbps OK).
But VNC is good for remote administering, Metaframe is an application
server, using MF only as
remote desktop for administration is hmm... rather expensive idea
