Bad_Pool_Caller when I open a doc in Excel

I receive the following error when I open an Excel
document

Bad_Pool_Caller
Stop: Ox000000C2
Ox00000007, Ox00000CD4,Ox00001400,Ox818C99B8)

I then have to restart my machine to clear this screen.
Any sugestions?
