Bad Quality Reports

Every report that is printed on Access which includes a memo seems to leave spaces in the middle of word
eg. Machines is printed as mac hine
Is it just that Access reports are bad quality? If so, can you recommend another report writing program?

I haven't had this experience. I presume you have carefully checked the data
and made certain that the spaces are not in the data itself.

Access reports are definitely NOT "of bad quality". In fact, I've never used
any report generator that was easier to use and produced better output and I
have used quite a number of them, since the early 1960s, on varying sizes of
computing machinery.
