Bad Image

I wonder if anyone can help, I keep getting this message when i open internet
explorer or when i insert a disc for a game: C:\windows\system32\rasman.dll
is not a valid windows image. I've searched the database on here and can't
find a solution. This only happened after I got infected with a trojan which
has been isolated in my Vault. I have ran AVG again and ran spybot search and
destroy and it has brought up nothing. I can still use the programs I want to
but this is now becoming a nuisance. Any help would be appreciated. Please
bear in mind that I am not very knowleable when it comes to doing complicated
things on the pc. Thanks in advance.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:
SFC /SCANNOW
