Good Morning
When I do a back up and only want the new files backed up do I use Normal or
Incremental for my backup or something different ?

I would not use Windows XP Backup utility that came
with installed (Professional) as it is not a good tool.
I would use Dantz Retrospect by Dantz Develepment
(www.dantz.com). I would also invest in an external hard
drive ($120 - $300, based on sized purchased).
