Backup windows XP Home (OEM Version???)

I'm really not sure but think it's an OEM version of XP
since it came on the computer and it was a Xmas present
last year. I really need to know how to backup this pc
for I've already been thru 2 crashes in 10 months and need
no more grief. This PC has 2 boot sectors on it, the C:
and a D: on the C is the XP and on the D is the System
Restore ala Hewlett Packard Variety which cannot be
accessed so far as I know. The info on the D will reformat
the C drive if a crash occurrs and it needs to be
reformatted. What I really need to know is there a place
where I can get hold of Ntbackup.msi or a reasonably good
facsimile thereof. Thanx.

In XP Home the ASR Floppy Disk does not work . It will NOT
backup to a CD. You can bacu up to
a folde on your hard drive then burn it to a CD
