Backup Utility

I have installed the backup utility. It seems to have installed OK. I have
the backup option on my file menu. When I request a back up every things
seems to work fine. I get the message that it will be backed up when I exit
Outlook. When I exit however it never does the backup. I have read the
backup docs recommended in this newsgroup and have uninstalled and
reinstalled twice to try to correct it. I haven't seen this problem in the
thread. Any ideas? Thanks,

Something else is keepnig Outlook open, perhaps, since the backup won't
