Backup Users

I have 2000 server and plan to push it over to a new system. I use the
server for terminal services, ftp and www servers.

I have user accounts set up in windows for all three, but don't want/need to
go through the trouble of getting users to reenter their passwords.

Is there a way to save all of this information to a file, so that I can just
import it on the new server? Or do I have to do all of it again?
