True Image 10 Home on Vista Ultimate here and I have had no problems.

Both Acronis True Image (Backup) and Director Suite (HD Utility) are
compatible with Vista - both work fine here!!!

Are you running both backup softwares on the same machine? I was tempted to
try both of the ones I posted on the same machine to see which I liked
better. Didn't know if there would be any conflicts.

Second Copy works fine with Vista to local and network drives.

I've been a user and fan of ATI for a long time,
it works well on Vista.... True Image 10.

I don't think Second Copy is officially ready for Vista.
At their site, in the left column, they have a June update;

Doesn't the backup utility in the Business and the Ultimate versions of
Vista do the same thing as those two programs?

That's the reason I got the Business version (on a computer which hasn't
arrived yet).

No, it is far less flexible than True Image.

I've been using version 6.2 with no problems...
