Backup Running out of Room

Been doing a daily backup of my C: drive to a 20 gig partition on a
second HD in the PC for about 3 weeks.

Now I'm getting messages that this partition is running out of room.

1) Is there a way to automatically only save the last 5 or 6 backups?

2) VISTA help says to delete backups as labelled such as: "Backup Set
2007-05-13 163200"

What I show is a folder called "Backup Set 2007-05-13 163200" with
sub-folders for each day called "Backup Files 2007-05-13 163200" thru
today's date.

Do I just delete some of the earlier dates (sub-folders)???

thnx

I had ONE folder marked "Backup Set 2007-05-13 163200"

I then had daily folders marked "Backup Files 2007-05-13 163200" thru
"Backup Files 2007-06-01 163200"

I deleted some of the Backup File Dates to save room, but now VISTA
tells me it can't make more backups.

Oh well.....I just started a new series of back-ups.

(I'm not a PC expert, but I'm far from a newbie and this "free"
program is fair from simple to use or to follow their instructions on
how to make room!!!!)

thnx MS!!!!!!!
