Backup Operators

Shoul a user in the backup operators group be able to 'schedule' a backup
job on a DC? It apperas the cannot. Is there a GPO setting to allow the
scheduling of tasks for this purpose for Backup Operators? I see the setting
to do this for Server Operators.

They generally do not have all the required permissions.
