Backup needed for windows NT machines

We have small computer network having 5 PCs (DELL) running windows NT
4.0 version 4.0 (service pack 6). we are currently using Symantec Ghost
version 7.0 to take backup of our machines. But we find that this
software is not user friendly (frequent rebooting of machines is
required). Can any one suggest some better software to take regular
(Full as wellas incremental backups).
