Backing Up OL 20003

I must do a clean install of XP pro. I have done this before.

However, I have upgraded to OL 2003 including BCM and have forgotten how to
back up all the files from OL Newsreader as well as all the OL data. Please
tell me the steps to take to backup OL & BCM before I reformat.

OL's newsreader is really Outlook Express, so read
