Backing up Inbox Folder

I need to reinstall Office 97 due to a couple of issues. In Outlook, is
there a way that I move the contents of the In and Out boxes to a location
outside of the program during the reinstall....or, a way to backup those
folders to avoid losing the contents during the reinstall?
