Backing Up Important Data in Outlook

I'd like to back up important data from Outlook to my external hard drive -
in particulary my contacts, archived (including sent) mail, and calendar
data. Which files and folders should I make sure to copy from my hard drive
to my external drive? I just want to make sure I don't miss anything.
