backing up docs

I think my old computer used to automatically back-up
word documents avery so often. How do I set my MS Word
for XP to do this?

There is, however, the SaveReminder macro included with macros9.dot that was
supplied with some versions of Word, and is available for download via a
link on the favourites page on my web site. This can be configured to save
the document at regular intervals.
