Backing Up Business Contact Manager

Can anyone tell me how to backup Business Contact
Manager? Normally to backup Outlook I just backup the
PST file, however, I don't think the Business Contact
Manager information is in the PST file.

When in BCM, do Menu: File, Business Database, Backup ... from there
shoudl be clear.
