My background image doesn't display when I open the web page in Explorer.

Does it display when you open the web page in Firefox, Netscape or other
browser?

No. It only displays in Frontpage design view - it doesn't even show up in
Preview mode.

Is it a .jpg or .gif w/ filename w/o spaces or punctuation
& is the image file imported into your FP web

flowerartgreen.jpg - This is the file name and yes it is in the FP web folder.
