Background text (Draft) shown when printing

I have done a preliminary spreadsheet and want to share with my co-worker.
However, I don't want to confuse them it is the final version of the product,
I want to print the spreadsheet with a "DRAFT" word on the background so that
they can know it's only a draft. Please help
