I'm trying to use a background image but I want it to extend the length of
my web page not repeat itself every 300pixels or so. Is there a way in
frontpage do this?

Through normal coding you can either have the image repeat or no-repeat, and
you can also position the background

There is some trickery that can be done though, which will stretch the
image. Depending on the image it may look really stupid as the aspect
rations of the image are changed.

Another thought is to use an image editor and make the picture larger - more
pixels

Irfanview (free) should do this www.irfanview.com

I usually only use Irfanview to reduce a picture, so increasing it may lose
some definition
